Mortgage Banker / Broker Bond Requirements

Mortgage Broker / Banker bonds have special requirements. Please read the following requirement carefully, then click here to open the application.

Bond Amount – Less than $500,000
• Only complete page 1, skip 2 & 3, then sign and date page 4
• Signature of all owners required on last page of application
• Owner must provide resume showing at least 2 years of experience in the mortgage business
• Please fax completed application to Angie Moberg at (517) 482-1696.

Bond Amount – More than $500,000
• Audited Business Financials for the past 3 years
• Personal Financials for all owners reflecting cash verification
• Owner must provide resume showing at least 2 years of experience in the mortgage business
• Signature of all owners on application (attached General Indemnity Agreement)
